A: Generally, the sample order is 7 to 15 days. While for OEM order or that with special requirement on

configuration, then the leading time is 15-20 working days after all order details confirmed.

3. Q: How could I get samples?

A: Free sample is not available. If you need to order sample for checking-up, then both the sample

and shipping cost should be charged by you, we will deliver them to you after receiving your payment.

4. Q: What's your payment term?

A: We always accept T/T and West Union payment with FOB, CIF or EXW price.

5. Q: What kind of delivery method you always choose?

A: DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS is accepted, and it is better if you have your own freight agency.For mass order, we will choose ship by sea.
