This self service kiosk solves a common problem in shopping malls, food courts and public service halls: too many routine questions at a single service desk. A 27/32-inch touchscreen running Windows, Android 13/14 or Linux carries the menu or service list, while an Intel i3/i5/i7 or Android CPU with 8–32GB RAM and 32–512GB SSD storage keeps response times consistently fast. Projected capacitive 10-point touch input removes the need for a keyboard.
A 58mm thermal receipt printer, barcode scanner with NFC reader, and a payment bay for an NFC terminal with cash acceptor are fitted at the factory. The tabletop counter stand frame is levelled on site in minutes.
All units are produced in an ISO9001 audited workshop with incoming inspection on panels, boards and printers. Every self service kiosk passes a 48-hour burn-in test at 40°C before shipment, and test records travel with the carton. Touch panels, power boards and printer assemblies are offered as service kits, and technical staff answer integration questions within one working day for importers reselling into shopping malls, food courts and public service halls.
Deployed across a hospital reception lobby, a university campus centre, a busy shopping mall concourse or a public service hall, the self service kiosk works as the first point of contact for visitors. A short guided flow collects the required input, prints proof of transaction and routes exceptions to a service desk. Sites report shorter queues and fewer repeated questions at the counter.
